Vesey Capital (VC) is a Haverford, PA-based real estate investment company. VC was formed by Jim Vesey in 2008 to take advantage of changing real estate values in a down cycle.

The acquisition criteria for Vesey Capital are generally focused on value-added and opportunistic real estate purchases. Specific targets are industrial and retail product with a concentration in the Philadelphia MSA but also including Harrisburg, Delaware and New Jersey.

Vesey Capital typically partners with a variety of institutional and private equity capital partners. Long time relationships include ING, JP Morgan, Brandywine Realty Trust, Vision Equities, Liberty Property Trust, First Industrial Realty Trust, E. Kahn Development and SK Realty.
