In 2015, Vesey Capital and partners purchased 901 Washington Street, a five-acre site fronting the Schuylkill River and within walking distance of the Spring Mill train station. We are obtaining the Township approvals for River Place, a 62-unit new construction townhouse development, featuring roof-top decks, beautiful views of the river, garage parking, and a cool, urban design. The units are expected to be delivered in 2021.
