Vesey Capital was a partner in the I-78 Logistics Park in Phillipsburg, NJ. The park consists of nearly 400 acres directly off I-78. VC and partners assembled the land in 3 separate transactions, designed the industrial park, obtained full approvals from Phillipsburg and Lopatcong townships, and lead the demo of over 2 million sq. ft of old manufacturing and office buildings. After a two-year process, we sold the fully-approved logistics park to Bridge Development in January of 2018. Three days later the Philadelphia Eagles won the Super Bowl! Bridge has since completed construction and leased the first four buildings.
