In 2017, Vesey Capital purchased 1005 Sherman Avenue, a 68,000 sf warehouse facility. Heritage Crystal Clean signed a ten-year lease prior to closing. The tenant needed rail service, so we rebuilt the rail line and extended the track by 50 feet. Heritage Crystal Clean offers environmental products and services including: waste management, parts washer services, used oil recycling and more.
