Built in 1991 with an addition in 1994, the property consists of a Class A, cross-docked, 718,910 sf distribution facility with extensive trailer storage and on site parking with controlled access. Building features 30’ clear height, 38 dock doors, and rail access. Purchased from ConAgra Foods, Inc., in September of 2004, they originally leased back 44% of the property. In 2010, ownership negotiated a 10-year-lease for the entire facility to ConAgra, after which the building was successfully sold.
