In 2004, Vesey Capital and partners purchased 600 Abbott Drive in the Lawrence Park Industrial Park, in Broomall, PA. The 25,000 sf flex building was leased at the time by Pennsylvania Crusher. PA Crusher moved in 2015, and we leased the property to Main Line Health for their behavioral health group. In 2017, we completed a 23,000 sf build-to-suit warehouse with a 10-year lease for Weinstein Plumbing Supplies at 650 Abbott Drive. In 2018, we purchased 700 Abbott Drive to complete the 3 building assemblage. 700 Abbott is leased to two tenants: Professional Duplicating and Foundations for Growth.
