Jim Vesey previously headed the Capital Markets Groups for JLL and Cushman and Wakefield in Philadelphia. During his 15+ year career, Jim completed over 160 transactions totaling over $4 billion in asset value. Jim is a former CPA, a member of ULI and ICSC, and is on the Board of Trustees for the University of the Arts in Philadelphia and the Advisory Board for the Daniel M. DiLella Center for Real Estate at Villanova University. Jim developed and, from 2008 to 2013, taught a course for Villanova called Real Estate Investments.
Jim previously worked for RAF Industries, Hansen Properties, Helmsley Greenfield, and Wachovia Bank. He lives in Philadelphia, PA, and is a graduate of Villanova University (‘81) and Cardinal Dougherty High School, Philadelphia, PA.
